The price for online coaching is 150 EUR for the 1st month. After that 120 EUR/month.
This includes your workout plan for 4 weeks, weekly check-ins in video message, Q&A about training and nutrition via e-mail/whatsapp and sometimes sending funny Reels to keep you motivated 🙂
